StoneRidge Health Care provides a safe and caring environment for those who need help to recover or who need help caring for themselves long term. Independence and self reliance are encouraged for as long as possible.

Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nurse Assistants are on duty twenty-four hours a day. A Certified Pharmacy Consultant conducts medication reviews each month.

StoneRidge Health Care was established in September 2017. Day-to-day operation is overseen by an experienced Administrator, Director of Nursing,
and Assistant Director of Nursing. Our facility is a thirty-eight bed, Medicare/Medicaid Level 1 and 2 (skilled nursing care approved) facility. We strive to create a warm, loving home-like environment while giving excellent medical care.
